1. Why do you think health is called wealth?

Ans: 

The proverb "Health is Wealth" means that good health is valuable. As long as we are healthy, anything is possible. It is not enough to have money alone we can make good use of wealth only if we have good health. 

2. Why do you think that doctors believe that fruits and vegetables can prevent diseases?

Ans: 

Fruits and vegetables are low in fat and harmful substances. Vegetables and fruits contain the best antioxidants and phytochemicals or phytochemicals. These bioactive substances may help you fight certain diseases. Scientific research shows that your risk of disease will decrease if you eat more fruits and vegetables regularly.

3. A healthy diet is important for children as well as adults. Explain.

Ans: 

This sentence means that a healthy diet is equally important for children as well as for adults. Both children and adults need a healthy diet. In children, a healthy diet helps their overall development so they reach optimal size and functional capacities in adulthood. In adults, it helps to improve their strength and keep them healthy and fit.
