The Paraphrasing of the poem "A Time to Talk": (Page-17)

Stanza 1:

WHEN a friend calls to me from the road

And slows his horse to a meaning walk,

I don't stand still and look around

On all the hills I haven't hoed,

And shout from where I am, What is it?

Whenever a companion shouts out to me from the road. And slows his horse to an intentional walk. I don’t stop and glance around. On all the high ground I haven’t weeded yet. And shout from the place where he is working, what is it?

Stanza 2:

No, not as there is a time to talk.

I thrust my hoe in the mellow ground,

Blade-end up and five feet tall,

And plod: I go up to the stone wall

For a friendly visit.

As there is always an occasion to talk to a friend. I push my rake into the soft ground. The blade-end up and five feet high. I walk slowly towards the stone wall of the field to meet my friend. For a pleasant visit.
