1. What are the parameters for a life full of joy and fulfilment?

Ans: 

The parameters of happiness and health have been clearly identified. A proper balance between rest and recreation, contact with loved ones, friendship, and companionship all play an important role in happiness.

2. Why do you think health and happiness are related?

Ans: 

Happiness and health go hand and hand. A healthy person lives a happy life and a happy person lives a healthy life. Health and happiness are part and parcel.

3. What factors make Denmark and Switzerland the happiest countries in the world?

Ans: 

Denmark feels happier than other countries. The Danish society and people hold the key to Denmark's world-famous happiness. The people of Denmark and Switzerland follow a proper balance between rest and recreation, contact with loved ones, friendship, and companionship all play an important role in happiness.

4. How can we bring happiness in our lives? Write at least 5 to 6 sentences.

Ans: 

Bringing happiness into our lives involves cultivating a mindset and adopting habits that contribute to overall well-being. First and foremost, fostering positive relationships with friends and family creates a support system that can be a source of joy and fulfillment. Practicing gratitude, by acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of our lives, can shift our focus away from negativity. Engaging in activities we are passionate about and that provide a sense of purpose can also bring immense joy. Taking care of our physical health through regular exercise and a balanced diet contributes not only to our well-being but also enhances our mood. Lastly, learning to live in the present moment and practicing mindfulness can help alleviate stress and promote a more content and happy life.
