Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) practically applied the principles of equality and brotherhood. The evidence of this is that in the battle of Badar three people had to ride one camel turn-wise with Hazrat Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Hazrat Ali and Hazrat Abu Lubabah (R・A) were walking. When the turn of the other two, offered Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) to sit on the camel but Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) replied, "You two are not stronger than me, and I am not in less need of rewards than you".

This text comprises various examples that show that Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) applied the principle of justice himself. The first one is that in the battle of Badar, when Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was inspecting the row of companions before the battle of Badar, he (صلى الله عليه وسلم) slightly pushed back one Sahabi into the line, the (Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم) allowed him to take retribution from him.

He also said that if there would have been his (صلى الله عليه وسلم) daughter Fatima', he would have cut off her hands as well.

He (صلى الله عليه وسلم) requested Hazrat Ali to return all the things to their owners which were kept by him for safety.
Q7. How can Muslims apply the rules of justice set by Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) in today's society?
Ans:
Hazrat Muhammad's (صلى الله عليه وسلم) life is a perfect model and example for people who want to attain goodness, piety, and success in their Individual as well as social life. He (صلى الله عليه وسلم) has set very high and Nobel ideals through his practical examples for all men kind to follow in every field of life. So, We should be truthful, and exercise fair judgment even if It is against ourselves, our parents, or our relatives. We must ensure not villainize others, oppress them, or infringe on their rights. We must always follow the path of justice shown by Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وسلم).

Ans:
Staying on a just path is difficult because sometimes we have to decide against ourselves, our near and dear ones, and those who are very cruel and powerful in society. In doing so sometimes we have to face hostile environments and meet the worst circumstances.

Allah's Rasool (صلى الله عليه وسلم) proved by his own example that no one could be more firm for justice than him even if it was against his own interest or his relatives. He (صلى الله عليه وسلم) decided every case brought to him by friend or foe with justice without fear or favour. A person of such magnitude transcends the barriers of time and space. the Holy Quran clearly mentions
"Indeed in the Rasool of Allah, you have a good example to follow for him who hopes for the meeting with Allah and the last day and remembers Allah much"
