Q.1. How do you think being bullied makes people feel? discuss in the light of the poem?

Ans: 

The people who are bullied become depressed, scared, embarrassed, and have low self-esteemed.

Q.2: Now that you know more about bullying what do you think you can do to make a difference at school? What are some ways that you could help someone who was being bullied?

Ans:

The things that I can do to make a difference at school are:

1. to stand up for those who are bullied.

2. to discourage the act of bullying.

3. to report it to the school management.

4. to create awareness against it. 

Some ways that could help someone who was bullied are:

1. Befriend the person who was bullied.

2. Provide emotional support.

3. Encourage him to stand up for himself.

Q.3. Summarize the poem in your own words.

Ans.

In the poem "Everyday It Happens" the poet describes the feeling of a child who has been bullied in school every day. His/Her fellows hate him/her and do not allow him/her to talk. He/she becomes tense and tries to suppress his/her angry feelings. No one comes to help her. He/She tries to avoid and hide but they follow him/her everywhere. He/She becomes sleepless due to horror dreams. He/She wishes people wouldn't do bullying.
