Q1. Answer these questions.

👉 Why did the frog tie his foot to the mouse's foot?

Ans: The frog tied the mouse's foot to take him to the underwater world so that he could see that and enjoy it there.


👉 What happened at the end of the story?

Ans: At the end of the story, the Hawk ate both the mouse and the frog.


👉 Write a summary of the fable.

Ans: A Frog wanted to eat the mouse. He offered to go and see the underwater world. He ties the mouse to his foot. When the mouse was about to drown, the frog did not untie the mouse. Then a hawk came to eat the mouse but both were tied. So the hawk ate both.
