2. What are the reasons for their good health?

Ans: 

The people of Okinawa are fit and healthy. The reasons for their good health are related to diet and way of life. For Okinawans, food is more than just sustenance; it is a way of nurturing body and spirit.

3. Which of the reasons for good health in the article are true for your life?.

Ans: 

The reasons for good health mentioned in the article will be also true for my good health which is to use vegetables, carotene-rich food, seafood, green leafy vegetables, and proper exercise. 

4. What is meant by 'moai'?

Ans: 

"moai" is the powerful social network of friends and family of Okinawans. It is a lifelong circle of friends that supports people well into old age.

5. The average age of Pakistanis is less than 65. Can you identify the reasons for less age? How can we adopt a healthy lifestyle in Pakistan? Write your answers in detail.

Ans: 

The lower average age (less than 65) of Pakistanis can be attributed to factors such as higher birth rates, limited access to healthcare in some regions, and prevalent infectious diseases. To adopt a healthier lifestyle in Pakistan, a multifaceted approach is needed.
