Q1. Read the following passage and answer the questions. (National Book Foundation (page: 126))

Yesterday, Ali and Sana watched a documentary about the national animal of Pakistan. They enjoyed this documentary they asked their mother to tell them more about the national animal of Pakistan. She told them "The Markhor is a type of goat, it lives mostly in the northern areas of Pakistan it is a strong and peaceful animal, when will we go to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to see Markhors? asked Sana.

 

1) Answer the following questions:

Q. About what was the documentary? 

Ans: It was about the national animal of Pakistan. 

Q: Where does Markhor live?

Ans: It lives mostly in the Northern Areas of Pakistan.

Q.3 What type of animal is a Markhor?

Ans: It is a strong and peaceful animal. It is a type of goat.

2) Do as directed:

i) Ali and Sana enjoyed the documentary. ( Tick / Cross)

ii) We write Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as KP or KPK. also. (complete the sentence) 

iii) Markhor is a type of goat (underline proper and circle common noun)

iv) Strong powerful. (write synonym)
