Present tense -- فعل حال  

ii)      Present continuous tense. (فعل حال جاری ) 

 Work or any action happening at the present time (Right Now) 

⇒[Subject + first form of verb + ing + object]

[We use helping verbs, am, is, and are using + first form of the verb + ing]

I am playing. 

. میں کھیل رہا ہوں

I am not playing. {Negative}

میں نہیں کھیل رہا ہوں۔

Am I playing? {Interrogative}

کیا میں کھیل رہا ہوں؟

Examples in English and Urdu: 

1) He is singing.

وہ گا رہا ہے۔

2) They are reading.

.وہ پڑھ رہے ہیں 

3) It is raining.

-بارش ہو رہی ہے

4) The sun is rising.

سورج طلوع ہو رہا ہے۔

5) The sun is setting. 

سورج غروب ہو رہا ہے۔
