Health is wealth:
"Health is wealth" is a common proverb. It means that the most precious wealth of a person is his health. Without good health, there is no happiness and no peace. A person with bad health can not enjoy the pleasures of being wealthy. Health is more valuable than money. Money can not buy health and happiness. But a healthy person can earn money. He can remain happy. So we must take care of our health. Good food, good habits, regular exercise, and early rising are very necessary for good health. So we must practice all these things to remain healthy and fit.
