My Flag

Written by
Dr. Taffazzal

Original Text:

Others might have forgotten,
But never can I,
That the flag of my country,
Furls very high,
Because of the efforts,
Put in by them,
My mothers, my sisters,
And those great men,
Who laid down their lives,
For a just cause,
And showed it to the world,
That Pakistan, it was.
